The development of our staff is at the heart of our Human Resource teams’ preoccupations. A large number of internal mobility opportunities are available and various interviews are scheduled with your manager and Human Resources, offering many chances to express your desires for enhancing your job and your choices for developing your career. We are committed to supporting our staff to enable them to adapt to change in their professions, in technologies and in the way their work is organized. We help people to develop their skills via our online training platform, Radiall Campus, and our training academy, shared with five other Intermediate Sized Enterprises, Aletia (Alliance of agile ISEs) where we build our training programs together, notably in the area of management.

Explorers

“I discovered a tried and tested, structured development methodology through the Explorers program, which makes it possible to grow a simple intuition. Mine concerned the recycling of industrial waste to reduce the environmental impact of businesses. The idea is to favor a circular economy notably by encouraging in-house reuse. I therefore targeted three types of waste that have a significant impact on the environment, for which I will soon be testing the solutions I’ve identified. The Explorers program is also a moment for sharing, mutual assistance and solidarity between members of staff from different horizons. These are intense moments both of work and of shared emotions. All the explorers commit themselves fully and take great pleasure in this adventure."

This is a program that is deployed on our French sites, with the conviction that our intuitions can only show their true value if they are shared, explored, tested and then adopted. This is a nine-month support initiative, to be taken alone or in a team, that is proposed to anyone wanting to explore their intuitions, to grow them and take up one of the innovation challenges facing Radiall. A comprehensive pathway is designed based on methodologies inspired by those used by entrepreneurs: Design Thinking, Lean Start Up, etc. This program is thought out with a deep-seated desire to collaborate differently, build a community of innovators, and breathe life into projects whose DNA is absolutely unique.
This is a program driven by more than 50 Digital Ambassadors. It aims to transform our ways of working by fostering collaboration and sharing thanks to digital tools. This program consists of training courses covering knowledge of digital tools and methodologies in equal measure.

Healthy Together

This is the program dedicated to the health of Radiall’s staff. Its ambition: involve the teams in improving health and wellbeing at work, relying on a network of "Healthy Together" Ambassadors tasked with deploying local initiatives.
Through our commitment to this association, we contribute to promoting scientific and technical careers in the eyes of young women to give them a taste for these sectors, which are still often reserved for men. Nearly 20 women members of our staff have taken on the role of volunteer sponsors, and set out to meet female students to share their careers and experiences with them. Through their actions, they contribute to deconstructing the stereotypes linked to the industrial world, supporting, advising and inspiring young girls in their career choices.

Promoting the sciences and technologies, and the professions associated with them as well as bringing the worlds of education and business closer to address current and future issues, are the challenges that we are taking up in the framework of our partnership with the CGénial association. It is in middle and high schools that our volunteer staff intervene not only to talk about and explain their career paths, but also to make the industrial world and our company known to future local talents.
