Personal Data Protection Policy

By applying for a job offer on RADIALL website, you authorise RADIALL company (hereinafter referred to as the “Recruiter”), which is responsible for processing, to collect your personal data and to use them as part of a recruitment process and any hiring procedure.

We collect and process the following data: your surname(s), first name(s), email address, telephone number, curriculum vitae and any other optional element(s) you may wish to share with us.

In addition, your data will be used to contact you, to process your application and in the event of an employment contract.

You are not required to provide this data. Your data is processed on the basis of your consent including where it has been collected on the basis of the Recruiter’s legitimate interest in processing your application.

If you refuse, your data will be deleted from all our databases. However, please note that any absence or refusal to communicate your data will cancel the application process.

You are reminded that in the context of the processing of your data and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applicable as from 25 May 2018 (hereinafter “RGPD”) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, you have the right to know whether we hold your data and if so, you have the following rights under the conditions specified in the RGPD:

  • Right of access (Article 15 GDPR);
  • Right of rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR);
  • Right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR);
  • Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR);
  • Right to portability (Article 20 of the GDPR);
  • Right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR).


All the rights listed above are personal and can only be exercised by the person who has provided the Recruiter with his/her data.

To exercise your rights or to make any other request concerning the processing of your data, you may contact RADIALL directly by the following means protectiondesdonnees@radiall.com.

For the purposes hereof, your data may be retained by the Recruiter for a maximum period of 24 months. After this period, you will receive an email offering to update your data. If you do not respond within 10 days, your data will be deleted from the databases.

Your data is not subject to automated processing. In the context of the processing described herein, all appropriate technical, organisational and security measures are taken to prevent any unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, destruction and loss of your data, which is hosted in data centres located within the European Union for the entire duration of the processing. Unless otherwise provided by law, regulation or court order, access to your data shall be restricted to the Recruiter’s employees and, where applicable, its clients, where the latter need to consult and/or use it for the purposes described above.
