Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

The Customs & Freight Assistant position entails assuring the importation of goods, equipment and consumable as well as the exportation of finished product on time with the correct documentation. Duties include elaborating correct documentation and coordinating customs virtual movements, with the objective to fit in the cost and time goals.

  • Follow up daily importations and exportations and assure correct documentation

  • Participate in Request for Quote (RFQ) process when needed

  • Assist users on the freight, custom and logistics operation flow

  • Ensure billing/statement of account revision to validate payments on time

  • Manage and follow all improvement on freight and customs activities to achieve objectives

  • Evaluate and improve current flows, ensuring the reviewing of supplier performance

  • Participate in daily meetings for operation performance indicators revision

The Profile

Know the requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Industrial engineering or business administration

  • Confirmed level: 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics and import/export processes, border crossings

  • English proficiency both written and spoken

  • Experience with IMMEX company, shipping, Export & Import process knowledge
