Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

The Master Planning Scheduler manages customer requests by creating the interface between the site and sales. Responsible for confirming customer orders and managing production for Final Assembly. He defines the production plan compatible with the capacity and technical constraints of the production line while respecting the customer's request. He is the main contact for the sales department for all requests for items, including trading items.

  • Respond to all product requests (for external, internal or inter-site customers)

  • Handle scheduling and alarms. Communicate potential customer delays to sales

  • Establish the workload plan of the production line, in relation to capacity constraints and component availability

  • Lead MPS points and follow the associated action plans

  • Propose changes as part of the continuous improvement of the model, and the improvement of customer service performance

  • Take into account changes (Technical Evolution Sheet, transfer) and inform the PFEPs if they have an impact on customer consumption

  • Filter entered orders and process order changes

The Profile

KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree on Industrial engineering or similar

  • Mid-level 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience

  • English proficiency both spoke and written

  • Knowledge on supply chain tools such as MRP, MPS, ERP - SAP for Customer orders and plan orders.

  • Capable of arrange production according to needs, steer the priorities with the supplier, set replenishment/production priorities according to customer needs, define action plans when there is a blocking point for customer stock replenishment and perform proactive communication to customers.
