2. Taxation & Social Security (Local Compliance)

·       Tax Withholding: Compute and execute correct calculation bases for payroll-related taxes: income tax (ISR), social security (IMSS), housing fund (INFONAVIT), and state payroll tax (ISN).

·       Statutory Portals: Submit timely affiliation movements (hires, separations, and salary modifications) via local social security portals.

·       Tax Benefits: Identify and evaluate regional or local tax incentive opportunities to drive financial savings for the organization.

3. Accounting, Reconciliations & BPO Oversight

·       Accounting & Invoicing: Generate journal entries (pólizas contables), manage provisions, and control expense accounts related to payroll.

·       CFDI Digital Stamping: Apply, validate, and verify the correct digital stamping (timbrado) of payroll receipts monthly according to Mexican SAT regulations.

·       SAP & BPO Synchronization: Monitor calculation bases and reports in SAP-BPO to guarantee payment accuracy and secure necessary authorizations for ledger postings.

·       Financial Reconciliations: Perform exhaustive reconciliations between payroll runs, final payments, and accounting records to identify and resolve variations.

·       Financial Projections: Formulate annual payroll expense, payment, and tax liability projections to fulfill company opinions and strategic planning.
