We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented regional admin to support the successful implementation and operation of WORKDAY HRIS (Human Resources Information System) in Mexico and the US.
The regional admin will play a vital operational role in configuring, testing, and ensuring the effective functioning of the HRIS.
They will serve as the primary point of contact for local teams, providing guidance, training, and support to end users both during and after the project.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Language Skills: English speaker proficiency is mandatory.
Additional language skills are a plus, depending on the region.
Experience:
Workday
Proven experience in HR systems or similar software (e.g., configuration, support, or training roles).
Experience with HR processes and workflows is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:Familiarity with HRIS platforms Workday is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
Ability to train and support non-technical users effectively.
