Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

The Manufacturing Process Technician contributes to the implementation and first-level optimization of production processes, focusing on safety, quality, cost, and lead time. He or she provides additional support to the workshops by responding to production technical support requests and sharing their knowledge of production processes. He or she may also participate in the implementation of simple production process transfers.

  • Define and update technical documentation related to processes

  • Transmit knowledge of the process to users and other support services

  • Work on feedback and proposals for continuous improvement that do not require project monitoring

  • Participate in the development of new processes

  • Deal with production blockages that cannot be solved by the workshop support

  • Participate in the implementation of simple transfers (offload type)

  • Participate in the implementation of production equipment (installation, start-up, and technical validation)

The Profile

KNOW YOUR REQUERIMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering or related

  • Entry level: 0-2 years on relevant work experience

  • Knowledge on production tools such as manufacturing processes, Identify clearly the tolerance and design of the machines and tools, equipment and tools functionality, awareness on EHS policy.
