REALIZE YOUR TALENT
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, cost, and lead times
Identify root causes of process variability and implement corrective actions
Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and technical files
Design production and equipment tooling as required
Provide training and technical support to production teams and other stakeholders
Lead or support the implementation of new equipment, including installation, validation, and startup
Participate in process transfers and new product introductions (NPI)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor production performance and recommend process optimizations
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
1 – 3 years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience (Entry Level)
Specific Job Skills, Specialized Knowledge or Certifications
Ability to create and manage technical documentation and manufacturing files
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
Ability to organize and lead meetings related to engineering or process changes
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation
Knowledge of risk analysis tools such as PFMEA (is a plus)
Familiarity with quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing)
Experience with SolidWorks required
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
