Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

We seeking a Quality manager pour participate in the definition of the quality management system and be responsible for its local application in line with the overall orientations taken by Radiall in order to favor “Radiall First”. Promote a culture of performance for all of the site's activities. Coordinate continuous improvement projects of the site.

  • Promote and coordinate the quality management system and enforce it for all of the site's activities through support, listening and accountability,

  • Analyze the cost to obtain quality and customer complaints data in order to define improvement actions and measure their effectiveness for all activities of the site,

  • Coordinate the continuous improvement approach for all activities of the site,

  • Propose, manage and ensure the effectiveness of actions and changes to be made to guarantee customer satisfaction through the involvement of all the stakeholders of the site,

  • Enhance Quality by promoting the activity of internal audits. Supervise the preparation, execution and follow-up of customers and third-party audits,

  • Supervise and animate the Quality resources of the site. Ensures their effective participation in the BU Quality networks applicable to the site,

  • Increase the level of skills and authority of quality teams to carry out their mission.

With a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and significant experience, you are keen to join Radiall.
