Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

The Engineering Document Controller ensures that engineering, sales, and production have timely, correct, and current information about products and processes; documentation is trackable, traceable, conforming to regulations and controlled. Future tasks; create and configure new part numbers in SAP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage data for products under development or in production 

  • Configure (create, change, delete) in SAP to change one or more part numbers (Materials Master/BOM/Cycle Times and Costing)

  • Complete Drawing / SolidWorks drawings generation and updates

  • Develop initiative to improve the level of quality information, simplify it, and make it more reliable

  • Tracking, processing, and coordination of incoming document process

  • Ensure the updating of the master documents following changes in the plan/processes or other request for updates

  • Perform cross checks of the ECO data packets and provide feedback to originators on needed adjustments.

  • Coordinate the eco process

  • Assist and support the various flow services

The Profile

KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Assist and communicate with the company’s departments 

  • Analyze activity data and/or indicators

  • Entering data in the ERP system

    • ERP

    • PLM

  • Schedule and establish priorities 

  • Maintain the communication with SCM to avoid any customer impact 

  • Supply Chain flow experience 

  • ERP/SAP experience
