Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for driving continual improvement activities with suppliers. This position entails monitoring supplier performance on a regular interval and conducting supplier audits as per the annual audit plan. Duties also include performing supplier process/product qualification and claim management by using quality tools to improve the supplier performance.

  • Monitor supplier performance on a regular interval and conduct supplier audits as per the annual audit plan.

  • Perform supplier process/product qualification and claim management by using quality tools to improve the supplier performance (8D, Control plan, 5Why's).

  • Manage Level 3 claims with suppliers.

  • Manage Supplier Risk Analysis.

  • Assist suppliers in meeting the FAI requirements in product qualification.

The Profile

KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS

  • To comply with ITAR, must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident.

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or demonstrated experience in lieu of degree.

  • Understanding of supplier manufacturing processes, technical background preferred

  • Project Management experience in the industrial environment

  • Three to five years of relevant work experience with a strong level of specialized knowledge.

  • Position is required five days per week, in office.  No hybrid available.
