Your Mission

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, inquiries, and correspondence, including requests for quotes, purchase order entry and changes, and expedite requests

  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner on all issues

  • Handle direct sales activities and provide support to both direct and indirect field sales teams

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Line Team Leaders to develop accurate responses and proposals for customer requests

  • Ensure full compliance with Radiall company policies and Inside Sales procedures

  • Retrieve, calculate, and communicate pricing using established price lists, databases, and approved pricing tools

  • Utilize internal systems and databases to provide order status updates, catalogs, basic cross-references, and product information

  • Organize, maintain, and update customer records to ensure high order capture rates and maximum data accuracy

The Profile

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelors Degree

    • Experience may substitute for some of the above education

    • Intermediate-Level: 3+ years of relevant work experience with a strong level of specialized knowledge

Specific Job Skills, Specialized Knowledge or Certifications 

  • Manage customer purchase orders (POs), including order entry, review, changes, and follow-up

  • Compute rates, ratios, and percentages; interpolate pricing using existing data, price lists, and approved tools

  • Conduct detailed analyses aligned with customer needs, including order review, offers, contract review, customer requirements, complaints, and technical inquiries

  • Analyze activity data and key indicators to support decision-making and continuous improvement

  • Gather and maintain marketing intelligence by collecting accurate information on competitors, market trends, current vendors, and potential customers

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening, focused engagement, and thoughtful follow-up questions

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers in alignment with company guidelines and objectives

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current product standards and performance levels

  • Utilize MRP systems to support production planning, scheduling, and inventory control

  • Apply industry knowledge related to Radiall’s markets and designated customer segments

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by responding promptly to customer needs, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively

  • Use ERP systems (SAP) to support order management, pricing, planning, and reporting activities
