Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT:

  • Reviews customer specifications and contracts to determine quality requirements and verify compliance of Radiall products in terms of design and manufacturing.

  • Monitors documentation for compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements. Maintains and expands a data collection system. 

  • Follows up on customer requirements and quality system compliance for First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)

  • Manages claims from any US customer for all Radiall products and acts as a liaison between customer quality personnel and the concerned Radiall department for RMA products and inventory returns.

  • Supports customers with any quality concerns and certifications as applicable.

  • Monitors and supports all quality requirements across all US customer portals.

  • Meets with customers and quality representatives as required.

  • Champions the activities required to support customer audits as well as AS9100 audits.

  • Work with the quality team in the deployment of internal audits.

The Profile

KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience in a customer-facing quality role.

  • Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in QMS software.
