Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

 The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial agreements across North America, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, execution, renewal, and administration.  This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, Legal, and executive leadership to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives while minimizing legal and financial risks.  

The Contracts Manager serves as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, providing guidance on contract interpretation, compliance requirements, risk mitigation strategies, and customer/supplier obligations. This position is responsible for maintaining contract clauses and governance processes, monitoring key contractual milestones and ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct and manage diverse business contractual activities for Radiall across North America, ensuring alignment with business objectives and corporate governance requirements.

  • Lead contract negotiations in strategic alignment with HQ Legal and Compliance Departments, balancing business growth opportunities with risk mitigation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries, fostering and sustaining strategic partnerships with both customers and vendors

  • Review and analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) and support  the drafting, review and negotiation of complex contractual agreements with customers, partners, and suppliers in adherence to company policy.

  • Oversee contract performance and execution, implementing robust risk monitoring and control measures.

  • Provide expert guidance and interpretation of  contractual terms, obligations, and compliance requirements to business leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Mitigate commercial, financial, and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure operational needs are consistently met.

  • Maintain a comprehensive contract baseline and record system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and audit-ready.

  • Monitor contract performance and key milestones, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with obligations in close co-operation with internal stakeholders

  • Deliver specialized training to management and staff on contractual obligations and compliance standards.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including government contract flow-down clauses, FAR/DFARS requirements, and customer specific obligations, as applicable.

  • Administer  and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring accurate reporting, document retention, workflow management, and process effectiveness. to track and document all departmental activities efficiently.

The Profile

KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in contract management.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects within international, industrial, and high-growth environments.

  • Ability to operate independently while contributing effectively to multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

  • Proven resilience and commitment to high-quality service delivery under challenging circumstances.

  • A business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risks with business objectives

  • Exceptional negotiation skills complemented by strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Well organized and structured with attention to details even in complex situations.
