The Industrial Engineer develops and implements processes (new or improves existing ones) to manufacture products according to the definition file
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and Industrialize assembly process according to the products definition
Specify, buy, and validate the new production equipments / workstations / tools
Build process risk analysis and propose associated action plans
Define and carry out the qualification plan of the production plans
Define and carry out the qualification plan of the production process
Develop technical documentation related to process definition, evaluation, qualification and transfer to the production teams
Manage Industrialization work package of “new product development” project (provide input, meet deadline and quality required while controlling costs)
Industrialization work - package management (planification, execution, monitoring)
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors Degree (micro - mechanics, micro - technologies, microelectronics)
Intermediate level ( 3+ years of relevant work experience)
6 - sigma yellow or green belt (plus)
Language Skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Specific Job Skills, Specialized Knowledge or Certifications
Ability to carry out projects of all activities of the work-package “process design/industrialization
Provide all of the required deliverables:
process flow chart, risk analysis, mitigation plan, new equipment technical specifications, process qualification plan, process control plan, work instruction routine
Define the process qualification plan
Specification and validation the new production equipment
Ability to conduct a technology watch
Experience managing a work - package
Evaluate and quantify the risk, identify root cause, and propose action plan
Experience with Micro electronic assembly technologies
Methods of sizing and design of processes, tools and equipment
R&D IT Tools
PLM, 3D conception (SolidWorks), Statistical analysis (Minitab), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Analysis)
