The Supply Chain Improvement (SCI) is responsible for implementing the flow management model defined by the group supply chain, and for optimizing them while ensuring that the information systems match the expectations of the business. Also ensures that processes are properly executed inside the site assigned.
Guarantee compliance with supply chain “best practices” and define the control plan
Support organizations in supply chain processes application
Collect and manage process improvement needs, as well as information systems evolutions (requirements specifications, tests and validation)
Coordinate projects and improvements in supply chain activity with cross-functional players (buyer, engineering, IS, etc.)
Guarantee training on processes and tools for supply chain teams and update related documentation
Analyze non-added value of processes to improve their performance
Identify local best practices to share with the global team (zone and sourcing)
Know the requirements
Bachelor’s degree on business or engineering
3 or more years of relevant work experience with a strong level of specialized knowledge on the field
English proficiency both written and spoken
Knowledge on SCM regarding materials management, planning and purchasing skilled on detect and optimized procedures in order to reduce or eliminate wastes in the Supply Chain
ERP - SAP Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP)
Quality standards: knowledge regarding the QMS to put in place correctly the improvements and controls needed.
Continuous improvement methods as Lean - Six sigma, Problem Solving Tools (5W, Ishikawa, DMAIC)
Be able to maintain an effective communication with all the members of the team.
