Position Summary:
The Market Research Analyst at Radiall will support global market intelligence by researching industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. The role is responsible for analyzing data, preparing forecasts, and delivering clear insights that guide strategic decisions across business units and sales regions. By providing actionable recommendations, the analyst will help identify growth opportunities, strengthen go-to-market strategies, and ensure Radiall remains competitive in key industries such as aerospace, defense, telecom, industrial, and medical.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct primary and secondary research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies relevant to Radiall’s markets (aerospace, defense, telecom, industrial, medical, etc.).
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and consolidate data on sales performance, marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and competitor activities to generate actionable insights.
Market Sizing & Forecasting: Perform TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, demand forecasting, and growth opportunity assessments across diverse industries and geographies.
Competitor & Industry Monitoring: Track competitor strategies, including product launches, patents, financial performance, partnerships, M&A, and geographic expansion.
Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare structured market reports and presentations with clear conclusions and strategic recommendations for leadership, sales zones, and business units.
Strategic Scenario Building: Translate complex data into actionable scenarios and business cases to guide go-to-market strategy, pricing, and marketing execution.
Sales & Lead Support: Identify, qualify, and share high-value sales leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other prospecting platforms.
Marketing Plan Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaign execution, measure performance against objectives, and refine strategies based on insights.
Analytics & Dashboarding: Build and maintain dashboards (Looker, Power BI, or equivalent) to monitor market performance, pipeline health, and strategic KPIs.
Innovation & Best Practices: Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., GPT-based research assistants) to accelerate analysis, and continuously improve research methodologies, frameworks, and knowledge sharing.
Key Skills Required:
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to process large datasets, identify key trends, and translate complex information into actionable insights.
Market Research Expertise – Proven experience in conducting primary and secondary research, market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), and competitive analysis within a technological/industrial environment.
Data Visualization & Tools – Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms to build dashboards, reports, and clear visual presentations.
Communication & Storytelling – Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Curiosity & Business Acumen – Natural curiosity for emerging technologies, industry shifts, and customer needs, combined with an understanding of business strategy.
Structured & Proactive Approach – Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA from a recognized business school is a plus).
6-10 years of relevant experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic analysis within industrial, technology, or B2B environments.
Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with proven ability to translate findings into actionable business insights.
Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to draw clear conclusions, make strategic recommendations, and challenge assumptions with confidence.
Passion for emerging technologies, industry trends, and data-driven problem solving.
