Your Mission

  • Provide focused, reliable, and dedicated customer service to become the preferred supplier.

  • Listen to customer needs, concerns, and constraints to develop tailored solutions and maintain strong relationships.

  • Build and maintain connections across various customer groups and departments, including engineering, procurement, sourcing, and program management.

  • Gain access to all levels of customer organizations—senior management, middle management, engineers, buyers, quality teams, etc.—to ensure alignment and uncover opportunities.

  • Identify new and ongoing opportunities by obtaining access to additional customer sites, programs, and applications.

  • Gather and share market intelligence with internal stakeholders (Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Field Application Engineers, Inside Sales, and Management) to support business strategy and decision-making.

  • Understand customer strategies, financial objectives, competitive landscape, and operational environment, and relay relevant insights to internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Management.

  • Develop, execute, and regularly update a strategic action plan to drive growth and strengthen relationships with key accounts

The Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the electronics, aerospace, or manufacturing industries (or a similar B2B environment).

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple organizational levels and departments.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and competitive dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
