Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

Working in partnership with the site HR teams and as a Business Partner with managers, the Senior TABP is responsible for attracting talent to ensure Radiall has the right level of resources and skills within optimal timelines. To achieve this, the TABP may lead recruitment projects in their entirety and/or participate in them. He or she may also serve as a reference point, supporting and training teams to identify best practices related to Talent Acquisition.

Key activities:

  • With a consulting and continuous improvement approach: challenge the existing in order to improve talent acquisition processes and practices but also the needs expressed by managers in order to propose solutions and/or recommendations.

  • Based on the needs expressed by the business lines that he must fully understand and while respecting Radiall's imperatives (particularly budgetary): develop, propose and implement proven and/or innovative acquisition strategies in line with the reality of the candidate market.

  • Take charge, support or train on all operational aspects of Talent Acquisition (Adaptation and then writing of offers, distribution of advertisements, organization of meetings, update of Talent tools, etc.).

  • Actively search, screen and hunt candidates through all possible channels (social networks, databases, etc.) in order to submit them and then meet them as soon as they correspond to the initial need.

  • Based on the essential and essential criteria, conduct telephone, video and physical interviews to analyze and select the appropriate candidates.

  • With a qualitative approach: coordinating, streamlining and accelerating the entire recruitment process through weekly follow-up with the manager and HR teams, frequent meetings with candidates or through any relevant actions.

  • Intervene on all types of Talent Acquisition and more broadly Talent Management missions that can benefit the attraction and retention of our talent.

The Profile

LET' BET ON STRENGTHS

  • English proficiency: B2 level

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related field with solid HR career experience

  • Industry background: Experience within manufacturing environments

  • Profile: Results-driven, objective-oriented, with strong communication skill
