Your Mission

The Professional in Development is an entry-level position designed for engineering graduates with little to no prior experience. This role focuses on accelerating career growth within the aerospace industry, preparing candidates to transition into a specialized professional role, specifically:

Quality Engineer plans and coordinates activities concerned with maintenance of quality standards. This position entails receiving and analyzing discrepant material or claims and processing all documentation. It also ensures the quality standard of the company and products produced by the company.

  • Set daily priorities and receive rejected or returned parts/components to determine conformance to quality standards and disposition

  • Analyze product and determine ownership. Compile and input documentation into the database and SAP system

  • Review quality problems with appropriate managers, obtain appropriate signatures and direct actions required in order to correct defects

  • Formulate and implement test methods and procedures for determining case and disposition of discrepant material

  • Work with groups to determine root cause and corrective action to nonconformities

  • Prepare periodic and special reports concerning claim activities, problems with customer’s quality system, and rejected items

  • Maintain proper document control on all claims. Update, verify and maintain a database of all internal defects (PPM, metrics) and external (customer returns)

  • Review DMR reports and update with dispositions, comments and any issues from meetings

  • Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering (recent graduate)

  • English proficiency both writtend and spoken

  • Professional internships on Industrial Quality preferent
