Study processes disturbances (safety/quality/costs/lead times) in order to define and implement identified improvements or optimizations
Analyze reasons of process variability and tackle them
Define and keep up to date technical documents related to manufacturing processes
Ensure all Training Documentation includes proper PPE required and meets all customer specifications throughout the production process.
Support fabrication of fixtures needed in production for new or existing products Error proofing the process (Poke a Yoke)
Share the knowledge about processes to main users (production) and additional supports
Disposition DMR’s and suggest improvements to reduce variability throughout production.
Support Continuous improvements throughout the production process
Implement new manufacturing equipments (installation and technical validation)
Initiate and keep up-to-date X-FMEA
Contribute to BU new manufacturing processes
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors Degree (Industrial Engineering)
3+ years of relevant work experience
Language Skills
Ability to read, write, and speak english
Specific Job Skills, Specialized Knowledge or Certifications
Produce technical file (managing the database, planzone, and fet)
Verify the stock in SAP and take decisions about scrap or reuse the material
Organize and lead meetings with the teams for engineering changes
Verify technical information related to engineering or process change
Participate in continuous improvement projects
