Your Mission

  • Work from semi-complicated specifications and drawings, or other documentation

  • Ensure product compliance by inspecting product characteristics 

  • Verify proper inspection methods as shown in SAP

  • Verify shipments match part numbers and requirements of purchase orders

  • Verify correct vendor certifications

  • Carry out Workstation Audits in specific areas, as required

  • Check parts for count, finish, quality of workmanship, and general appearance

  • Make final determination if parts meet inspection criteria

  • Generate Defective Material Reports for products that do not conform to the requirements.

  • Participate and promote continuous improvements

The Profile

Education and/or Experience

  • Highschool Diploma 


Language Skills

  • Ability to read English, analyze, and interpret complex documents. 

  • Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints. 


Specific Job Skills, Specialized Knowledge or Certifications 

  • Analyze products based on given requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively to individuals and groups

  • Able to work on small and fragile parts with minimal errors 

  • Analyse the pieces compliance according to process and customer requirements 

  • Able to translate specifications to inspection of parts following the inspection methodology expected

  • Able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, rulers, micrometers and microscopes

  • Awareness and follow protocol (AS9100) 

  • IPC Experience 

    • IPC 620

    • IPC 610

    • J Standard 

  • Performs functions within the companies ERP system (SAP)

  • Read and understand the differences between millimeters and inches 

  • Able to properly utilize equipment to review small products
