DISCOVER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Sales Management, you will act as the primary interface between Radiall and your assigned customers in Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic accounts and for deploying the Group’s business strategy within your scope.
You will collaborate closely with internal technical, industrial and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to customer needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a customer portfolio of approximately 30 accounts, including strategic Key Accounts
Identify and develop new business opportunities within electronic component applications
Contribute to design-in activities (InDesign); prior experience is a plus, learning mindset accepted
Collaborate with distributors and partners to propose the most relevant commercial and technical solutions
Prepare and respond to RFIs and RFQs
Negotiate pricing agreements and commercial contracts in line with customer requirements
Monitor customer needs, industry standards, and applicable certifications
Contribute to sales growth and achievement of business objectives
Represent Radiall during regular business trips across the Nordic region
