Your Mission

DISCOVER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Sales Management, you will act as the primary interface between Radiall and your assigned customers in Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic accounts and for deploying the Group’s business strategy within your scope.
You will collaborate closely with internal technical, industrial and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a customer portfolio of approximately 30 accounts, including strategic Key Accounts

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within electronic component applications

  • Contribute to design-in activities (InDesign); prior experience is a plus, learning mindset accepted

  • Collaborate with distributors and partners to propose the most relevant commercial and technical solutions

  • Prepare and respond to RFIs and RFQs

  • Negotiate pricing agreements and commercial contracts in line with customer requirements

  • Monitor customer needs, industry standards, and applicable certifications

  • Contribute to sales growth and achievement of business objectives

  • Represent Radiall during regular business trips across the Nordic region

The Profile

LET' BET ON STRENGTHS

Required Profile
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within the electronic industry
• Exposure to industries such as Telecom, Space, Defense, Medical or Industrial electronics
• Experience with products such as:
• Electronic components
• PCB-related solutions
• Cables, harnesses or fiber-optic solutions
• Semiconductors, switches or related electronic hardware
• Experience working with distributors or international customers
• Strong commercial mindset combined with technical understanding
• High level of autonomy, customer orientation and relationship-building skills

Additional Information
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP or similar CRM tools is a plus
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• Valid driving license required
• Ability to obtain national security clearance is mandatory
