Your Mission

DISCOVER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Sales Management, you will act as the primary interface between Radiall and your assigned customers in Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic accounts and for deploying the Group’s business strategy within your scope.
You will collaborate closely with internal technical, industrial and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with around 30 assigned customers, including 10 strategic Key Accounts.

  • Identify and grow new business opportunities Handle InDesign responsibilities with 7 partners/distributors by proposing the best commercial and technical solutions.

  • Prepare and respond to RFIs and RFQs.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements and ensure compliance with customer requirements and specifications.

  • Monitor customer needs and relevant industry standards and certifications.

  • Contribute to business growth and achieve sales objectives.

  • Represent Radiall during frequent business trips.



The Profile

LET' BET ON STRENGTHS

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with at least 10 years in technical sales of electromechanical components, ideally connectors. With strong expertise in business development and key account management across Defense, Space, Telecom and Industrial markets, you combine technical knowledge with a strategic mindset.

Fluent in Swedish and English, you are autonomous, result-oriented and able to build long-term customer relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while experience with Salesforce, Qlik or SAP is a plus.

A valid driving license, Swedish passport and the ability to obtain national security clearance are mandatory.
