REALIZE YOUR TALENT:
Act as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support for workplace concerns and fostering a culture of open communication.
Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs to ensure compliance and promote a safe environment.
Partner with leadership to create and maintain HR policies that align with company goals and values.
Facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and team cohesion.
Conduct investigations and provide resolution recommendations for employee relations matters.
KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in employee relations and safety programs.
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a knack for building trust and resolving conflicts.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
