Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT:

  • Act as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support for workplace concerns and fostering a culture of open communication.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs to ensure compliance and promote a safe environment.

  • Partner with leadership to create and maintain HR policies that align with company goals and values.

  • Facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and team cohesion.

  • Conduct investigations and provide resolution recommendations for employee relations matters.

The Profile

KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in employee relations and safety programs.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a knack for building trust and resolving conflicts.

  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
