REALIZE YOUR TALENT
Supervise and manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable function, providing guidance and training to team members as needed.
Oversee cash management and the relation with our bank
Execute the timely and accurate completion of month-end closing activities for all in the accounting system, including:
Prepare and post monthly recurring journal entries
Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts to subledger
Submit and reconcile intercompany transactions
Maintain and update fixed asset records and depreciation schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with the CFO to ensure all accounting processes and procedures are thoroughly documented and followed.
Prepare, file and pay monthly sales tax report in the various states we have nexus
Prepare with the help of the CFO the required documentation for quarterly income tax payments as well as the preparation of annual tax return
Coordinate with external auditors the yearly financial audit
KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger processes.
Experience with month-end closing procedures, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial transactions and reconciliations.
Ability to adapt to changing departmental needs and manage multiple priorities effectively.
