Are you passionate about supplier management, negotiation, and driving supply chain performance? We are looking for a Direct Sourcing Specialist who will play a key role in building strong supplier partnerships and supporting the company’s operational excellence and profitability.
In this role, you will manage and develop the supplier portfolio to ensure the supply of goods with the best balance of cost, quality, and on-time delivery performance. You will act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, strengthening relationships and driving continuous improvement to meet internal customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the strategic supplier portfolio.
Ensure the supply of goods with the optimal balance of cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers.
Act as the main point of contact for supplier relationship management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, and supply chain processes.
