Your Mission

POSITION SUMMARY


The Supply Chain Manager's purpose is to ensure product availability at the right time, in the right place, at the defined cost, and in compliance with quality and delivery requirements. Ensures the overall performance of the supply chain and corporate policies compliance and strategy flow down, from raw material procurement to delivery of the finished product to the customer, while optimizing physical as well as information flows.

Responsibilities

  • According to the Sales and Operation Planning from the BUs, coordinate the release and the accuracy of the Master Production Schedule with a four to six months horizon.

  • Coordinate the planning and scheduling, guaranteeing the committed customers lead-times and its improvement, while optimizing costs.

  • Manage the upstream flows in relation to Suppliers (Supply Raw Material and components -> requirements, flows, deliveries, KPI, improvement plans, etc.)

  • Coordinate internal logistics, transportation, and delivery.

  • Monitor and challenge the set of KPIs to analyze and improve operations such as: customer service level, customer lead time, stock coverage, suppliers’ lead times and service level. Be the site focal point with corporate policies and projects deployment.

  • Manage Customs and compliance

  • Guarantee the correct application of Supply Chain Standards in the plant (process, methodology, best practices, control plans, etc.) defined by the Supply Chain corporate department. Participate in the Supply Chain improvement program. Work cross-functionally with sourcing and engineering.

The Profile

QUALFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years' of supply chain experience

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Travel frequently
