Your Mission

The Product Quality Engineer assists Production Manager in product performance according to customer/internal requirements as well as Assist Quality Manager the day-to-day administration of the implemented.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Follow up customer and Internal claims (until closed effectively)

  • Ensure the inspection of products, their processes of fabrication in accordance with established plans

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects & problem solving drills

  • Ensure that all Quality personnel in charge have proper training and documented evidence that supports it. Could be either train inspectors directly or with external qualified support

  • Participate in product & process audits

  • Maintain inspection records, daily technical support and monitoring of inspection activities, including data collection

  • Prepare necessary information packages to support Internal Quality Audits and follow-up of open/pending Corrective Actions

The Profile

KNOW YOUR REQUIRIMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineer or similar experience in the field

  • Confirmed level: 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • English proficiency both written and spoken

  • Skilled on Quality standards as AS9100 and NADCAP, FMEA and control plan, Problem solving methods as 5 Why's, Ishikawa and 8D's methodology.

  • Capable of conduct and audit or a diagnosis, propose solutions to optimized processes, products and tools, communicate and escalate to the proper level when it is required and follow up for the internal projects at the unit
