Profile :
• Develop engaging 3D animated videos and 2D motion graphics to support product promotions, trade shows, website initiatives, and social media campaigns.
Create & edit graphic contents while ensuring alignment with Radiall’s brand guidelines.
Design high-quality, realistic 3D product renderings and technical visualizations using engineering references, CAD data, and product specifications.
Support website enhancement projects by creating digital assets, animations, and visual content that improve user experience and product presentation.
Coordinate with the Marcom team, external design agencies, product marketing teams, engineering teams, and international stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of communication materials aligned with campaign schedules and exhibitions.
Independently handle projects end-to-end, from concept development to final delivery, while ensuring creative quality, brand consistency, and timely execution.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously without compromising quality, accuracy, or deadlines.
Research and implement AI-powered tools, emerging technologies, and modern digital storytelling techniques to improve content creation workflows and production efficiency
Skills Required:
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced hands-on experience in Blender for 3D modelling, animation, rendering, and product visualization.
Strong hands-on experience in Unreal Engine for real-time visualization, lighting, cinematic rendering, blueprints, and animation workflows.
Strong knowledge of 3D animation, motion graphics, product visualization, video editing, and digital storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve for motion graphics, compositing, video editing, colour grading, and post-production.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Ability to understand CAD files, engineering inputs, and product specifications to create accurate technical visualizations.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills for working with international teams
Good-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with SolidWorks and CAD-to-DCC workflows.
Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation tools.
Education & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
5+ years of experience in 3D visualization, animation, multimedia production, and digital content creation.
Experience in product visualization, technical animation, or industrial marketing communication environments will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with both Blender and Unreal Engine workflows is mandatory.
A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D animation, product visualization, technical rendering, or similar work is mandatory.
