Your Mission

Is responsible for leading negotiations and managing relationships with indirect suppliers across all North American sites. This role encompasses procurement activities related to various indirect materials, services, and capital expenditures (CapEx) within a manufacturing context.

The Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.  

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Proven track record in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and mitigating supply chain risks. Experience in CapEx procurement, including managing large-scale investment projects.  

Skills 

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. 

  • Knowledge of compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
