Skills Required:
Must-Have Skills:
The candidate should have experience in order handling, sales administration, customer operations, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required; SAP SD experience will be preferred.
The candidate should have a good understanding of commercial order processes, order entry, order updates, lead time follow-up, and backlog tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is required for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in order and SAP data, and good coordination skills to work with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other internal teams.
The candidate should be organized, able to work independently, comfortable following company procedures, and proactive in improving workflow efficiency and accuracy.
Professional written and spoken English communication skills are required.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, electronics, aerospace, defense, telecom, or connector-related business environment will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of supply chain, delivery coordination, order fulfilment, order acknowledgements, backlog follow-ups, and order status updates will be preferred.
Education & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Trade, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales administration, customer operations, order handling, inside sales support, or a similar role is preferred.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred; SAP SD exposure will be an added advantage.
Experience in customer order handling, lead time follow-up, backlog tracking, documentation, internal coordination, and process improvement will be preferred.
