The HR Manager role is to perform human resources functions at a country level. Administer corporate policies relating to recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and safety programs. Assist in planning and carrying out strategic and tactical tasks in a variety of functional areas such as training and development, labor relations, health and safety, performance management, and benefits.
KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS
+5 years of experience with HR management department with a 1000 employes size or similar
Experience in launching new facilities or the equivalent building a HR department
Experience with unions (creation of collective bargaining agreement and its negotiation)
Manage relations with chambers of commerces, associations and national organization
Experience with labor lawsuits and union agreements
Experience with Mexican Migration Authorities affairs
Fluency in English is required
