Your Mission

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented regional admin to support the successfulimplementation and operation of a new HRIS (Human Resources Information System) inMexico and the US. The regional admin will play a vital operational role in configuring,testing, and ensuring the effective functioning of the HRIS. They will serve as the primarypoint of contact for local teams, providing guidance, training, and support to end users bothduring and after the project.

The Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

Language Skills:English speaker proficiency is mandatory.Additional language skills are a plus, depending on the region.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR systems or similar software (e.g., configuration, support, or training roles).

  • Experience with HR processes and workflows is a strong advantage.

  • Technical Skills:Familiarity with HRIS platforms Workday is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

  • Ability to train and support non-technical users effectively.
