About the Role:
Radiall is experiencing significant growth, and we’re looking for a Test Engineer to join our team. Whether you're newer in your career or more seasoned in the field, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and work on testing and validation of cutting-edge parts we design.
REALIZE YOUR TALENT:
Work on multiple projects to test and validate various parts and systems.
Perform validation and qualification tests, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Develop, document, and execute test plans and procedures.
Monitor and analyze test results, identifying potential issues and providing failure analysis.
Support the design team with risk analysis and contribute to new design validations.
Coordinate and schedule testing activities, anticipating future workload.
Possibly interface with DevOps teams for collaboration and tool integration.
KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
2-5 years of experience in test engineering (open to candidates early in their career as well as those with more extensive experience).
Strong skills in risk analysis, compliance, and failure analysis.
Proficient in developing test plans, performing data analysis, and generating reports.
Knowledge of programming and software tools for testing.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Motivated and proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
