The role of the Key Accounts Manager is to develop and maintain sales in their area with key accounts. They are the interface between Radiall and the customer. They are responsible for deploying the Group's business strategy within their scope and carry out each of their activities by working closely with the various departments concerned within the company.
Works closely with the ISR Team, engineering, and operations to ensure requirements and expectations are achieved;
Support the ISR Team during the drafting of Quotations to customers;
Develop a robust sales plan that includes opportunity generation plans, identification of new accounts and further penetration of existing accounts;
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts;
Keep CRM system updated (SAP);
Business/technical background: Bachelor’s Degree required; Engineering discipline and MBA preferred.
+3 years of relevant work experience experience in Sales;
NICE TO HAVE: In-depth knowledge of the Railways/Transport/Industrial market, including its processes, market trends and key players;
Excellent communication skills: written and oral;
Proven track record on consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas;
Italian: mother tongue;
English: B2/C1.
