Your Mission


The Sourcing Specialist - New Product Introduction will report to the North America Sourcing Manager to support operations across the geography for our three production facilities in Mexico and the United States. An ideal candidate would be one who enjoys working with significant autonomy, and is not afraid to take initiative to solve problems, or suggest and proactively recommend options for various business and customer needs.

  • Performs and leads new component and supplier qualifications

  • As a team player, actively contributes to research and development projects to understand various sourcing needs

  • Supports new product introduction activities

The Profile


  • To comply with ITAR, must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or demonstrated experience in lieu of degree

  • At least two years of experience working in the materials management modules of SAP

  • Three years of experience working in Procurement and Purchasing preferred

  • Project Management skills, with a strong process orientation

  • Experience in supplier relationship management

  • Experience in researching and evaluating prospective and alternate suppliers

Job Type: Full-time, in-person

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience
