Your Mission


Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist and Technical Recruiter is a member of the Radiall North America Human Resources Team and will have various responsibilities as a business partner and generalist supporting various technical operations and functional teams located in Oregon, Connecticut, and Arizona.  The position will be located at our facility in Tualatin, Oregon.  The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with processes that support the critical needs of the business including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance coaching, culture and employee engagement, and workforce development. 

  • Collaborates with managers across the three US sites to scope and initiate recruitment efforts for identified positions, following established internal processes

  • Drafts job postings, posts or places ads in the most effective digital or print job boards, may interact with external recruiters for key roles

  • Identifies qualified candidates and conducts initial screening to validate qualifications and potential fit

  • Facilitates scheduling and logistics for phone, video, and face-to-face interviews as applicable

  • Handles day-to-day HR responsibilities for the Tualatin site, including on-boarding/off-boarding, handling general employment and benefit-related inquiries, and providing other support in a timely manner

  • Partners with site leadership in coaching people, managers and handling employee relations issues at the site

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR policies including but not limited to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition; occupational health and safety; and training and development. 

  • Assists with administration of compensation, benefits, and leave policies and programs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

The Profile


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 3-4 years of HR experience, including responsibility for staffing/recruiting processes

  • Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as well as take direction from functional leadership

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality; use discretion when dealing with sensitive issues 

  • Must be able to reliably commute to Tualatin, OR or planning to relocate before starting work (no relo benefit available)
